Bid online on this web site now. The final block of the Auction closes on December 4th, 2011 at 5:00 pm
If you wish to place a Quick Bid on this web site you will need to register for a PIN #. Your name and e-mail address will be needed for confirmation. You will only need to register once to bid as much as you like, and you will be able to View Your Bids on a page that only includes items you have bid on. The information gathered by this web site will not be used or sold in any form except to notify bidders of their bids or of future auctions if they choose.
You may also choose Long Bid, and be required to enter in your Phone Number and Email Address each time you wish to place a bid. Registration is not required for this method.
For phone bids you will need to give the item number and dollar amount you wish to bid as well as a phone number where you can be reached.
Items are auctioned in blocks, consisting of up to 34 items. At the end of each block, all items in that block are considered sold. At the preset time, the computer system will automatically declare that block sold and no further bidding will be allowed on that block. Your bid must be entered into the system online prior to the closing of each block. System time is synchronized by computer at www.time.gov. The block closure times can be viewed online at the top of each Block's page, and are also listed on the Auction Item List that can be downloaded.
Highest bid constitutes a sale.
All bids must be in a minimum of $5.00 increments. We recommend that you increase your bid increment on higher value items to ensure you are not out-bid immediately.
If someone places a bid within 1 minutes of the close of a block, bidding can continue for 1 minute from the time of the last bid. This will continue on until there are no bids for 1 minute on that particular item. All other items in that block will close at the predefined time.
PLEASE NOTE ... IF YOU ARE WATCHING THE BIDS ONLINE ... REMEMBER TO "REFRESH" YOUR BROWSER (PRESS "F5") OCCSSIONALLY TO TRACK THE CHANGES. UNLESS YOU REFRESH YOUR PAGE, YOU WILL NOT SEE THE MOST CURRENT VALUE OF THE BIDS.
